Verification Policy

  1. Casino play at Casino Rewards is available only to persons older than 19 years of age. Anyone using the casino software who is found to be under the age of 19 will have all game play voided and any winnings forfeited. As underage gambling is an offence, Casino Rewards may also report any instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities.
  2. By registering an Account with Casino Rewards, the Player is giving Casino Rewards consent to conduct any verification as required including electronic identity checks.
  3. Casino Rewards reserves the right to ask Players for verification documents to facilitate age and identity verification requirements prior to depositing, withdrawing and wagering.
  4. For age and identity verification purposes in accordance with the UK Gambling Commission requirements, Casino Rewards reserves the right to ask for a clear copy of (but is not limited to):
    1. Valid identity document (passport, or driver’s licence)
    2. Documents confirming residence, such as a bank statement or utility bill, no older than 3 months
  5. Casino Rewards reserves the right to contact the Player at any time to ascertain the accuracy of the Player’s identity
  6. Where required for any fraud or anti-money laundering investigations, Casino Rewards may request additional information to ascertain the Player’s source of funds and/or wealth prior to deposits and/or withdrawals and/or any other occasion where it has been deemed necessary.
  7. For Anti Money Laundering and source of funds purposes, Casino Rewards reserves the right to ask for clear copies of the following documents:
    1. Images of front and back of debit cards used to deposit and withdraw from the casino
    2. Un-redacted debit card, Ewallet and bank account statements
    3. Proof of regular income such as payslips, dividend statements, pension statements, tax returns
    4. Proof of savings origins, such as inheritance or property sales documents, gambling winnings evidence or other windfalls as appropriate
  8. Should it be deemed necessary Casino Rewards may also require these documents to be certified by a registered Notary.
  9. If there is suspicion of the authenticity of the documents or the individual submitting them, proof of the time and location of where the document image has been captured may be required.
  10. Casino Rewards reserves the right to seek information about the extent of the Player’s intended gambling during the verification process.
  11. Any documents provided to Casino Rewards will be held in confidence and stored for five years from the date on which Player’s Account is closed (unless there is a regulatory reason which Casino Rewards must comply with which extends this period).
  12. Casino Rewards takes a risk-based approach to mitigate the presence of money laundering, fraud and criminal activity. A Player’s account may be frozen and any payment withheld, where the Casino Rewards is unable to verify the Player’s identity and/or determine the legitimacy of the source of funds being used to gamble with.
